I ordered 3 items 25. November its been Two months and I haven’t received any updates about my order or any tracking number. I contacted the customer service 5 times and they are just replying with an automatic email about orders will ship later because of COVID bla bla bla. And there is still no sign of my package. I've emailed them multiple times with no actual response and I'm starting to think this company is kind of a scam.
I ordered two items over two months ago and there is still no sign of my package. I've emailed them multiple times with no response and I'm starting to think this company is kind of a scam. I highly do not recommend buying products here. There are other companies with similar stuff that won't scam you out of your money. Side note: I left a review a couple weeks ago and they reported it to get it removed and never reached out to me haha.

So, guys, this is an honest review. Before I had a misunderstanding with this company and totally went for a negative review because I lost it, we can get some overwhelming with the waiting of our purchases. The support was friendly to get back to me and explain what was going on. Since the pandemic and stuff business take a little longer than usual, they're a small business, and they get hit by that. By now I am pleased and well my perspective about this company changed. Anyone with the same problems, try to talk with the support they're friendly people!
I've ordered 3 months ago and i still haven't even received my order code, so what i did is get in contact with the customer support and after they reviewed my situation they were willing to fully refund my order while still sending me a new one in a short period of time
I’m not a big jewelry/accessories guy but I saw an ad for RG&B on IG and their minimalistic style jumped out at me. I’m always stoked with the quality and overall value and have purchased several bracelets and necklaces, as for customer service I’ve had zero problems so I highly recommend!

Had an issue, contacted customer support which swiftly replied and solved it, would buy again! Very happy with my purchase.
Really cooperative and efficient. They have a 24/7 customer chatting platform that you can post your enquiries on and get an answer in hours. Most importantly, they have really affordable high-quality products.
Great quality products. Had some small delays with shipping but customer service helped me out a treat. I did expect these delays due to COVID. Communication was always there when needed to be so I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience. Will be back!

The shipping been delayed but the customer service have been pretty good. It makes up for it
customer service was considered fast 10/10. helped me with my shipment process, had trouble settling it but they helped me without any hassle. :) 10/10 would recommend!
Ordered the item a month ago and was delayed due to the pandemic, the crew a bit slow to react but nonetheless helpful, will still purchase with them specially when everything is back to normal already.
